 Time is of the essence to all of us. Most projects are completed within 15 days   to 90 days, depending on size and complexity.

The cost of your project will depend on your specific choices, such as the number of furniture items, wall treatments, and the materials you select.
Here’s a breakdown:
Furniture: Simple laminate finishes are more budget-friendly, while PU, polish, acrylic, and lacquered glass options will increase the cost.
Wall Designs: Basic paint will be less expensive than elaborate or custom wallpapers / stone cladding / tile cladding / wood panelling
Accessories: The number and type of decorative elements will also influence the overall cost.

14. Does Asher spaces take up renovation projects?
Absolutely! We specialize in both new interior design projects and complete renovations. We can handle everything from demolition, plumbing, civil and electrical work to final finishes and furniture installation. 
 
15. Will a dedicated Asher Spaces team member oversee my project, including regular site visits?
Absolutely! You’ll have a dedicated team assigned to your project, including a site engineer. This ensures smooth collaboration between you, our team, and any other vendors involved.  Regular site visits are a crucial part of our process, so you can be confident that your project progresses according to plan and that we address any questions or concerns promptly.
 
16. Do Asher Spaces have in-house designers or freelancers?

19. Can I add on features to my project after the initial design is finalized?
We strive to be flexible and accommodating whenever possible. However, the feasibility of adding features after the initial design depends on the complexity of the add-on.
For minor changes: We’ll do our best to accommodate them, but there might be slight adjustments to the timeline or cost.
For complex changes: Depending on the scale and impact on the project, incorporating them later might be difficult.
 
20. What happens if I’m not happy with the proposed design?
At Asher Spaces, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in creating designs that reflect your vision and exceed your expectations. Here’s what happens if you’re not completely satisfied with an initial design proposal:
Open Communication: We encourage open communication throughout the design process.  We’ll work closely with you to understand your feedback and concerns.
Revisions:  We’ll use your feedback to refine the design and present revised options that better align with your preferences.  This revision process is typically included within the project fee.
Moving Forward: If, after multiple revisions, you’re still not satisfied, we can explore alternative solutions together. This might involve considering a different designer within our team or discussing project termination with an agreed-upon cancellation fee.
 
21. Don’t have floor plans or measurements of the house?
No problem! Our design team will conduct a thorough site visit to take accurate measurements of your space before we begin the design process. This ensures a perfect fit for your new furniture and ensures the final design aligns seamlessly with your existing layout.

24. Are there any additional costs after I make the full payment?
In most cases, NO. Once you’ve made the full payment for your project, as agreed upon in the contract, there shouldn’t be any unexpected charges. However, it’s always a good practice to clarify any potential additional costs upfront. Here are a few situations where additional charges might arise:
Changes to the project scope: If you decide to make significant changes to the design or materials after the project begins, there might be associated costs. We’ll always discuss these with you clearly before proceeding.
Unexpected site conditions: In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances during on-site work (like hidden structural issues) might require additional work or materials. We’ll keep you informed of any such situations and the associated costs before proceeding.

Our goal is to be completely transparent throughout the project. We’ll provide a detailed breakdown of all costs in the initial project quote and keep you informed of any potential changes.
